Full payment via credit card is required at the time of registration to secure your attendance. Registration is not complete, and your place is not confirmed, until successful payment has been processed. A digital confirmation receipt will be sent to your email upon successful completion of the transaction.
Participants are strictly required to register using the specific portal corresponding to their professional status.
Account Creation: Registration for all categories (Dentists/Doctors and Dental Assistants) requires the creation of a verified user account prior to payment.
Price & Status Verification: The event organizer reserves the final right of decision regarding participant eligibility and professional status. If a participant is found to have registered under an incorrect category (e.g., a Dentist registering as a Dental Assistant, or vice versa), the organizer reserves the right to either deny admission without refund or require immediate payment of the price difference between the ticket categories before entry is granted.
The registration fee covers access to scheduled lectures and workshops and a networking event.
Program Changes: The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, or schedule at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle the participant to a refund.
Workshop Availability: Workshop attendance is subject to capacity limits and scheduling constraints (concurrent sessions). Participants acknowledge that they may not be able to attend every workshop and may be required to pre-select sessions.
This ticket is for event admission only. The fee does not include flights, hotel accommodation, city taxes, ground transportation, or insurance.
Travel Documents: Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas. Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle the participant to a refund after the cancellation deadline.
Insurance: The organizer does not provide travel or health insurance. Participants are strongly advised to purchase their own insurance to cover potential travel disruptions or medical issues.
All registration payments are non-refundable after December 31, 2025. Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Requests received before December 31, 2025, may be eligible for a partial refund, to be determined at the sole discretion of the event organizer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 1, 2026, or for non-attendance.
Only fully paid and registered individuals will be admitted to the symposium. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any participant who has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or who disrupts the event.
By attending the symposium, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event. These materials may be used by the event organizer for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes, including publication on websites, social media, and other communication channels, without further compensation.
The event organizer shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance (including event cancellation or postponement) caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or venue unavailability.
By completing the registration process and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The event organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; registered participants will be informed of any significant changes in writing.
